Many a time clients feel stuck in case of break down and / or failure of system due to various reasons.
After all, in case of electronics – the errors and failures cannot be predicted and it can come at any time, and the cause of failure can also be unspecific.
Also, there is a multiple dependency and know-how of system with multi-disciplinary of knowledgebase of electrical, electronics, audio – visual, information tech. data & voice, security etc. is required to resolve a single problem.
We have observed that occurrence of clients’ service calls to Dsquare are very less, but when it occurs, they are like “Fire Brigade Priority Service Calls”.
To make our client happy and their systems to be up and running, we do provide the 1st year free Gold Plan from the date of installation of systems (Electronics). Dsquare AMC plans help us to prepare and plan for all the unfortunate and un-predicated service calls and Material Required.
Clients who do not wishes to avail the AMC can book their service complain Here or contact the respective brand company service center for their support and maintenance requirements as well. Please make a note that on call service does not help to prevent or maintain the immediate or emergency support requirement. Please make a note that Dsquare is the Value-Added Reseller and Integrator of systems & products and DO NOT guaranty the life time round the clock service and warranty support of any of the brands & products.
