  4. 🔄 Confirmation
    You’ll receive a booking confirmation along with a receipt and expected visit details.

  5. 🔁 On‑site Service Visit
    One of our technicians will visit during your preferred time slot to assess and resolve the issue.

After all, in case of electronics – the errors and failures cannot be predicted and it can come at any time, and the cause of failure can also be unspecific.

To make our client happy and their systems to be up and running, we do provide the 1st year free Gold Plan from the date of installation of systems (Electronics). Dsquare AMC plans help us to prepare and plan for all the unfortunate and un-predicated service calls and Material Required.

AMC Terms & Conditions

  1. This AMC contract covers attending to any number of breakdown calls during normal working hours (10 AM – 5:30 PM) except for all National / Public holidays and three preventive maintenance services in a year during the tenure of the contract. Refer to General Terms & conditions available at https://www.dsquareelectronics.com/terms-conditions/
  2. All running electronics with its parts including Circuits, Controllers, Routers, Software, Keypads which requires repair / replacement due to normal wear and tear during the contract shall be replaced free of cost in Gold Plan and shall be repaired free of cost in silver Plan.
  3. This service contract shall be entered into as aforesaid only after due checking and verification of the equipment by the Dsquare authorized representative certifying that the same is in good working condition. During such verification if the any electronics is found defective and needs repairing, then the same shall be repaired on the request of the customer on chargeable basis and thereafter the contract in respect of the same shall be entered into. In such case/s the cost of repair and spare parts shall be borne by the customer separately as the same shall not form the part of annual charges payable under this contract. The Dsquare is at the sole discretion to enter into an AMC/Extended Warranty with the customer. The Dsquare decision in this regard shall be final and binding on the customer.
  4. The Contract will not cover visits/replacement/repairing of parts and/or equipment under the following circumstances:
    1. Damage caused to the machine due to floods, fire, accident, riot, breakage, pest, misuse, improper or negligent use, mishandling, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part and/or the alteration, tempering etc. of the serial no. machine and/or any loss/damage caused due to due to abnormal voltage supply (Please note that the power supply required should Through VRP or Online UPS and it shall be 220V+5% for 1-Phase machine and 415+5% for 3-Phase machines.)
    2. Damage caused to the machine/equipment due to failure in abiding with the operating instructions and precautions as mentioned in the User’s Manual.
    3. Defects due to usage of non-recommended spare/s and accessories.
    4. Defects /failures resulting from servicing/repairs done by a person other than authorized representative of the Dsquare.
  5. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, however the company shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage arising thereby. The company shall not be held responsible for any delay/default in servicing whatsoever due to any reasons beyond its
  6. This contract and the annual maintenance/repair charges paid hereby are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. The payment under this contract is a one-time payment for the entire term of the contract till its expiry.
  7. This contract does not cover the repair / replacement of plastic parts, electricity distribution boards, MCCB/ MCB/ ELCB, ancillary work such as ducting / masonry work, cabinet sheet metal panels, wiring, repair and replacement required which is not covered under this contract but affected due to damage or change or electronics in part or as a whole.
  8. Customer to provide stabilized electrical power supply for smooth function/working of machines.
  9. Without invoice/Letter the AMC/Extended Warranty will not be valid, Wiring Fault, Short circuit or full burnout in any condition, it will not be covered under AMC/Extended Warranty and same will be done on chargeable basis.
  10. This contract sets out all the terms and conditions which the company and customer hereby agrees to abide with and it cancels and supersedes all prior agreements, undertakings or arrangements, oral or written between the parties on the subject matter. The company Dsquare in its own discretion may accept or reject any proposal of entering into the service maintenance contract.
  11. In case of dispute of any kind and in any respect whatsoever the decision of the Service Head Dsquare Electronics (First Party) shall be final and binding.
  12. In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to this contract which cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the same shall be settled by the Courts at Vadodara without prejudice to the above; all disputes under this contract are subject to the Jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara and All liabilities arising out of any legal dispute, etc. shall also be borne/paid by the Second Party (Customer).
